Hello, we are Casey + Savannah, two best friends that are based in Nashville, TN. We have been blogging together since 2011 when we started our other blog, Hey Wanderer.

We are so glad you have made your way to our newest venture- Hey Weight. This blog was born out of our love for thinking of new recipe ideas and sharing them with the world. When we started creating recipes specifically for our Weight Watchers journey, we knew other people might be interested in them as well.

We have both struggled with our weight our entire lives, and this year we both became more determined than ever to change our lifestyle in order to lead healthy lives and lose the weight for good. We started our weight loss journey with Weight Watchers in June 2018 because we were wanted a lifestyle change and we were tired of dieting.

As of October 2018, Savannah has lost 26 lbs and Casey has lost 15 lbs. We are thinking we will need a full year to get to our goal weights, and we are in it to win it!

We have been on WW through many travels, meals out, parties, and other weight loss obstacles. What we love about WW is how you can plan for these events and still lose weight. We have never felt deprived.

On Hey Weight, you will find recipes that are Weight Watchers friendly and each one will have points values calculated. We will also post splurge worth recipes with their points values. Also, Casey has Celiac Disease, so you will find that most of the recipes here are gluten free or have a gluten free option. In addition to recipes, we will share with you all of our tips + tricks for making the most of your Weight Watchers journey. We have learned a lot over the last several months, and we want to share it all with YOU!

Our goal is to give you the resources you need to successfully change your lifestyle and eat food that is delicious. Follow along and let's explore the world of WW together!
